Our concept in building the Laguna Tiger boats was centered around building boats for the average weekend angler.

We wanted our concept and vision to be simple and practical. We focused on several areas as we started our design and construction:

(1) We wanted to build a boat that could be towed with a compact truck or SUV (weight complete rig = 1600 lbs).

(2) Build a boat that most anglers could afford, less than $25,000.00

(3) Build a boat that 3 guys could fish all weekend in for under $100.00 in fuel.

(4) Build a low maintence boat, yet highly durable and easy and afforable to make modifications to.
